Chipotle Mexican Grill

Was able to go inside to order, which is good because most Chipotles I have been too around here only do online orders. Our food was good so no complaints there. But I will say they can greatly improve on their customer service. The people who work here act so miserable and didn't even speak to us while we were ordering. It's so unbelievably awkward to order when they are just looking at us like they could careless about what we are saying. Like come on. If you don't like your job, find something else to do.

Worst chipotle Ive ever been too. They have so many issues. Last two times Ive gone theyve done online orders only idk why but when I saw that I walked away. A women was also walking out saying to someone obviously w her that she waited and waited and her order was ready the whole time. I wont be coming here again.

This location is extremely short staffed. I feel bad for the workers whoever manages this location needs to help out or fix some things. Corn we received in the bowl was frozen, homeless man walking around in the store harassing customers, bug walking around on my lettuce, many things missing from all 3 bowls that were ordered, and wait time was ridiculous. When you have 3-4 workers and customers lining up past the trash cans, obviously something is wrong with management. I dont blame the workers as they were trying their best and I know how it feels working understaffed. Its freaking overwhelming. Step it up owner/manager of this chipotle.
