Was surprised to see that they were still open. A lot of food items were unavailable. I had the chicken & salad with hummus, tasted great.

This meal put the "awful" in falafel. I genuinely don't like to say it. I'd much rather give a positive review, not least because the service was incredibly friendly. But I've had good falafel, and some really GREAT falafel, and some mediocre falafel...and then this. It was mushy with none of that satisfying crispiness, and not just seasoned inadequately, but actually badly. If I hadn't had the sauce to drown it in, I would have quit after the first bite. The salad was fine and the hummus was good, but even that plus the wonderful service couldn't make up for how bad the main part of the meal was. It did LOOK NICE, though.

Food and experience was AMAZING! Ms. Dee needs a raise ASAP.. her customer service skills are out of this world! She checked on me during my meal, she was very polite and friendly!
