        Arrived during posted hours, doors locked, no one answered the phones. Waste of an hour and time off work

        This location is permanently CLOSED due to a building fire. Do not go here. I recieved this information after arriving for our appointment from sercurity. It was confirmed by another site. All our forms had already been sent by the drs. We had to go to another site and wait for 1 and a half hours to have all the paperwork sent again over all z pain. The number and site need updates.

        I was a bit put off by other reviews, but my experience couldn't have been easier. I went in around 2pm. There is an electronic self-check-in to speed up the process. I was in and out in like 15 minutes. Staff were polite and professional.

        Also, other locations in the area take lunch an hour later meaning I had to pay extra in parking in the next location....
