Bobette has been so patient helping me understand what has been recommended on my treatment plan, the cost of treatment, and how the payment process works. She also introduced me to the medical team at Atlas in advance so I could ask questions about the procedure(s). She was very reassuring during a time when making decisions has been very difficult.

Dr. Acquah was very rude to me during and after my surgery. I needed a sedative for anxiety and i told him prior he didnt even give the sedative time to kick in before starting the procedure he wasnt gentle at all and he told me to tell him when i was in pain and i groaned and it was like he got annoyed because i couldnt use my words even though my chin was to my chest then afterwards i was rushed off the table by him saying were done in almost a yell. I could barely move so i was moving slow, i ended up crying in recovery. Its a shame his true colors come out in the time he needs to be the gentle man he was when the surgery started. If i ever have to go back i would refuse his services. I am not a ragdoll im human and he needs to learn how to be empathetic.

Dr. Acquah (Spelling ?) is amazing. His personality is the best! He makes sure you know whats going on, whats going to happen, and makes you feel you are comfortable during the process. Dr. Hollifield is also great! Makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process and also makes sure he repeats whats happening and suggestions. Front staff is helpful. The nurses after the procedures are always joyful! From checking vitals, snacks/beverages to wheeling you out the door are full of care and spunky. Nurses prior to procedures vary. One spilled my blood and did not clean up after but she was super sweet the following visit. The other was calm and gentle with the needle. The paper prescriptions are challenging when a pharmacy is out of the medication. Makes it hard to change it. They did change it to a medication I am allergic to which is repeated through the entire visit. So now I have no after care medication and they are now closed. So I am disappointed and dissatisfied when it comes to how they handle the prescriptions. Working in a pharmacy; I cant believe how difficult they make it when a patient actually does need that assistance and there is no way to handle that issue. They did no research of my profile to see I cannot take the medication they sent over prior to closing. 5 stars would of been given had that been easier and convenient for the patient . Even the pharmacy agreed. Especially when the patient lives 45 mins away and cannot drive! I rarely leave reviews but the doctors are both awesome!

This place is meh not all that. They dont help with anything AT ALL. Im having surgery this morning and they dont even know if im getting crutches or a knee brace. Then nobody called me with a surgery date and time because they automatically assumed that I knew it which is actually ridiculous! Im never coming here again im only here because I need the surgery.
