Read the recent reviews; they're telling. 1.) The staff really doesn't care about customer service, and hasn't been trained by anyone on how to do their jobs. Mostly young students working, and it's not their fault. There's obviously no leadership here. 2.) These procedures are painful. If you have anxiety, or aversion to needles, you might want to think twice. 3.) The provider (Dr. Sachin) does NOT want to listen to any questions, or answer any questions. He's there to poke you, and that's it. Don't ask for any changes, empathy, questions or advice. He's got the bedside manor of a wet washcloth. Expect no more. 4.) You cannot call the clinic, no matter what. You're directed to some off site call center. The lady I talked to was nice enough, but I don't understand why the 3+ people sitting around talking amongst themselves at this office cannot answer the phones or help anyone. 5.) Your appointments will be changed, all of them in fact, without your consent or knowledge. And, if you don't confirm an appointment you never made and cannot attend, they will charge you a flippant $250 fee, even though you didn't ask for any changes of dates or times. 6.) I work weekends and lots of hours, and have 1 day off during the week (Thursdays). My treatment plan for all my visits, on paper, all say Thursdays (Starting Sept. '23 through February '24). At some point 1/2 way through, they changed them to Wednesdays, a day I'm working and can't be there. Now that I'm over 1/2 way through the treatments, I now have to drive another 30+ minutes away to find another USA Vein clinic that is open on Thursdays?!? What a joke. Who changed these appointments? I didn't. And now you tell me the location that I was going to no longer does Thursdays, even though my paperwork says I still have Thursday appointments left?? Please. 7.) I'm starting to receive the paperwork from my insurance company on what they paid, and what they wrote off from these procedures. The initial charges before the insurance company mark-downs are staggering ($17k+ for each treatment). I'm thankful every day for having very effective insurance coverage. I feel truly sorry for anyone who's going here without great insurance, and what incredible money they must be paying out of pocket for these painful procedures, and poor service.

Service at this location has changed drastically for the worst. I will definitely change locations. Do not recommend visiting this location. Best part of my visit was the service that Rupali provided. Thank you

Worry about hiring friendly and competent receptionists, because the receptionist who speaks Spanish is unfriendly. I will definitely make my appointment in another place that has better customer service

Scheduling is a nightmare. They double and triple book so every appt is an extreme wait (up to 4 hours for one appt). They cancel last minute and they dont respect patients time. The staff seems knowledgeable but Im still hurting three months later from a procedure, and cant get in to have a follow up. Horrible experience all around.
