USA Vein Clinics

My sister came to The Vein Clinics of America for a consultation in October 2022. They would not take payments at the office so she had to pay over the phone. She spoke with George who took her payment and said her account was paid in full. Shortly after, she received a bill for the same amount. She contacted the office and was told due to company changes that her payment had not been applied to her account but she did not owe anything. Apparently the Vein Clinic of America was sold to USA Vein Clinics. The following month she received another bill for the same amount again. She sent screen shots of her payment and previous communication regarding her account. Again she was told to ignore the bill and that she did not owe anything. Now, she is receiving bills from both the USA vein clinic AND 2 separate law offices all showing 3 different balances. One states that she owes $2,000. She is being scammed by both the medical office and the lawyers they erroneously sold their patients accounts to. This is criminal and steps will be taken to hold all parties involved accountable.

WORST CLINIC FOR VEINS EVER! Since USA Vein Clinics bought Vein Clinics of America, EVERYTHING has gone out of organization. Appointments, correct balances of billing. EVERYTHING! The locations don't even have phones anymore to call. You have to speak with customer services of USA Vein Clinics for everything. Also, they won't tell you till LAST MINUTE if a doctor leaves the company and a replacement comes in. That's DUMB! Also for those of you who need Visual Cosmetics Sclerotherapy (VCS) treated in both the legs and foot/ankle, they only do the legs! Even when it's most apparent that you need VCS IN THE FOOT/ANKLE. As a result, I'm still going through my ankle pain and foot swelling because they don' want to do it because of the "risks." IT IS STILL VARICOSE VEINS NO MATTER HOW YOU PUT IT! Do yourselves a BIG favor and avoid ANYWHERE that has to do with USA Vein Clinics. I wasted 8 months of my TIME AND MONEY to not get a resolution on my whole situation. PERIOD!
