Do not use this company. They are corrupt. We have used this company for a few years now. They charge an hourly rate and will add extra hours on the invoices than they originally spent working on your unit, they also add their lunch breaks in your hourly charge, and a couple of times they have charged us twice for the same job. They will add fraudulent charges on your invoice and if you don't pay they will refuse service although they are at fault.

Excellent commercial HVAC company. All of the technicians I've met from here are very knowledgeable and professional.

Do not use this company!! We had an active and paid current maintenance agreement with them and they could not solve the problem. They charged us an enormous amount of hours, including lunch breaks and their time to drive to a warehouse to restock their truck with the part they just installed in our office. They brought a cooler onsite, at their own suggestion and without approval, because they were taking so long to figure out the problem. They are now billing for 58 hours of labor which is over $5500 and $2200 for "renting a cooler". The original approved quote to repair the unit was $1700.00. Now that I have complained, the CEO (Nancy Harter) has chosen to terminate our contract and threatening legal action. Two locations experienced "outages" around the same time and we had billing errors with the smaller job as well. Horrible company! Can't figure out issues and certainly overcharge and add unapproved charges to your bill. STAY AWAY!!
