    Guys Kelby is the absolute best! Super easy to set up a convenient appointment time and the fact that he comes to you just makes everything so much easier. He was able to purchase parts and showed up ready to fix any issues. I had to replace spark plugs and gaskets - honestly I dont know the first thing about an engine but he walked me through every step so I knew what to look for and monitor. Would absolutely recommend

    Kelby has exceptional customer service, and is very thorough with the process! He diagnosed and fixed the issue at hand (engine mounts) while also describing the issue/showing me the part keeping me in the loop with the what is happening with the car. He is great w communication, will source the parts for you, and best of all, your car will be fixed!

    Kelby Will take your money for parts. Never show up to complete the job. Then refuse to refund you. And doesnt not communicate refund policy until you actually ask for a refund. At first he said he can refund me for the parts. When I request the money back. He then starts to send paragraphs about why he cant hold up his end of the deal! Ive had to file disputes and looking into small claims court for the major inconvenience this man has caused. He also resorts to name calling once you ask for the money back!

    I cannot say enough good things about Kelby! Amazing service, he really knows his stuff, gave me great advice about the issue, came to the house promptly and let me know down to the minute when he would arrive so it didn't interrupt my work day too much. 10/10 would recommend!

    amazing!! kelby is so sweet and helped explain to my grandmother about what was wrong with her car! replaced her spark plugs and triple checked to make sure everything was okay after he replaced them! hes absolutely amazing, made sure everything was okay with her car before he left, and told her what to do if something were to go wrong later on since she has an older car! will be referring all my friends and family to go to him!!

Unfortunately, you’re not telling the whole story! You paid $105 for a part to be ordered, and you paid me my diagnostic fee for coming to see the vehicle. I was not able to come see you on our scheduled day for repairs due to the weather, so we rescheduled for the following day. I had some issues with the first job on my schedule that day, and was running late. I made sure you knew that, and I wasn’t more than a hour behind schedule. As if I was working on your vehicle, you wouldn’t want me to just up & leave to go to the next person in the middle of a job? Leaving it unfinished? You’d expect the same respect I gave that client, finish the job and then move on. As for the refund as I told you before, I cannot refund you for a part that I did not physically pick up at the store. You had that part ordered in online, and I am unable to return it on my end unless it’s for warranty exchange purposes or if it’s a defective part. I had made this explicitly clear to you when we ordered the part and I NEVER promised you a refund! I told you I would be more than happy to drop your part off to you! As it is yours now, but I was not able to give you a refund for a part you ordered online. You refused this option, so there isn’t anything on my end I can do otherwise. As for the diagnostic fee, that is nonrefundable. That is for my time to see the vehicle initially. Calling you names?? I did mention your entitled behavior, that will not get you anywhere with me. I would’ve been happy to take a loss on my end if you had approached me differently, but it is not my fault that you decided to cancel repairs last minute. Please tell the whole story if you’re going to leave a review like this!! It’s unfortunate how much time you have on your hands, not only to do this but send others to my page to leave one star reviews!
