Working with Stephanie prenatally and immediately postpartum has been one of the best things I've done for myself & our baby through this pregnancy (3rd). Stephanie infuses her natural energy work into each massage, personalizing it specific to your needs. After each session with Stephanie, I consistently felt a sense of nourishment, warmth, relaxation, and a calming of my nervous system. The postpartum massage I had with Stephanie shifted my entire postpartum experience. She holds space for deep healing not just physically, but mentally, spiritually, and energetically. Stephanie is a reminder of the deep sacred feminine connection that is our birthright as mothers when we walk into the portal of motherhood. Stephanie at The Art of Wellness is hands down the best massage therapist that I have ever visited. To start, she asked my music preferences to relax and set the stage for the experience. The actual massage felt highly intuitive, she worked not only the areas that I identified but also those that she sensed were more tense than others. Best experience ever!

Ive been working with Stephanie for almost a year and I have nothing but beautiful words to say about her work. She is intentional from the moment you connect with her to when youre on her table. Stephanie is excellent! She is extremely thorough. Her studio environment is very relaxing and holistic. Her massages are worth every minute. She clues into stress spots and provides a deep tissue massage. She takes the time to focus on your individual conditions. I walk away refreshed and feeling great. She has become a regular part of my self care regimen.
