        Great atmosphere and great coaching. The program was great and challenging for a Saturday. It was a partner WOD and people were very welcoming! Drop was easy to set up and get started !!! Would recommend

        Have been coming here for years. Its an excellent gym. The team here is fantastic. Their trainers are awesome - Minh is one of the top kickboxing and muay thai coaches in ATL, and Chad is one of the best crossfit coaches I've ever seen do the job. Great community vibe. Very respectful environment while also trying to be encouraging of everyone achieving their fitness goals. Some folks even bring their dogs to hang out while they work out, which is a great bonus to the energy.
