Not to be biased (I work here) but BrightHouse is everything I've ever wanted in an employer and a career. I was in the advertising field for a while because everyone said they could change the world, but it wasn't until I got to BrightHouse that I really saw a company that was truly committed to making a difference. And internally, BH really is a family. I know a lot of companies claim that, but this team really takes care of each other. They send flowers when you're sick, you have mentors that spend a HUGE amount of intentional time with you, they respect work week and PTO hours, AND they give us some incredible benefits (thanks BCG!). Every person in this office is truly a warm hearted, talented, humble human with a passion for doing work that has real purpose. This is my job to end all jobs. It re-ignited my creative drive and keeps me learning something new every day. If you're reading this, know that there's more to life than working for the weekend. It's entirely possible to be excited about a Monday, BrightHouse showed me that. :)

BrightHouse is the unicorn of unicorns. Its a place where the principles that guide the organization are lived out to their fullest. Im biased because I work here but this is the most fun Ive ever had in my career. I work on projects that actually matter alongside some of the brightest, most caring, and most thoughtful folks Ive ever known. Its an honor to be a part of this family and our clients benefit from the passion, dedication, and whimsy that everyone brings to this work.
