Central Gear & MACHINE

If youre a vendor to these people, beware you wont get paid. They owe me $3,000 and dont answer the phone or emails after countless requests. I have plenty of documentation to back this up. Also, we sent a company representative to their place and its an office with nobody home. They sometimes show up there for meetings per the building attendant. Other than that, I dont know where their real operations are. As far as Im concerned, these people are thieves and are stealing from my sons college fund.

My experience with Central gear was not great at all. Jim made it sound like they can fix the gear in a timely manner. However this was not the case. It was a big job and taking the gear out was expensive. I sent it to Georgia, where it was for approx 7 weeks. I had excuses constantly from Jim from being sick to one of his employees being out. Finally they sent the gear back in June. I had my mechanic install the gear back and once we turned on the machine it was knocking louder than before. Jim took a short cut and did not perform the required steps to fix the gear correctly. It was a lot of wasted time and money in my end. When I asked for a refund Jim was very unprofessional and rude. I would never do business with Central gear again.
