IVS Security

I dropped the key to my Mercedes in the rain and couldn't find it for 20 minutes. I literally cried the whole time. I called the Mercedes Dealership, they told me I would have to bring the car in, bring proof of ownership (Title), photo and registration, and it would take 2-3 days for the key order. The problem is when the key doesn't work, the car will not crank, and I would have to tow the car to the Dealership. Unbelievable!!! I called IVS Security and Benny came out to my house, programmed and made the replacement key for me right there on the spot, only took about 30 minutes. Shockingly, the total price was $200 less than the Mercedes Dealership. I was so happy, I splurged and had 2 keys made. The service was professional, convenient, courteous, timely and the price was unbeatable!!! My car would have been down for 2-3 days if I had gone to the Dealership, this is a great service that I didn't know existed. This is Adrian and celeste burns . Benny not only got here quickly, he got my key unstuck quick and had amazing customer service. He got me a new key made easy and was just overall wonderful help . Highly recommend this company!

They came out to my house two times. The second visit was for the same exact job as the first yet they charged me more money. I complained and I was promised a call back by the owner but he never called me. I was going to give them a big job at work but this is not going to happen. They apparently have varrying prices. They have now returned the difference in the price and I am satisfied. The quality of their work was never in question.
