Highway robbery. Love to go here for the dueling pianos. However everytime I go they charge whatever they feel for a drink. In one night I got charged 4 drastically different amounts for the same drink order and three times I witnessed them pour the same liquor. Much better than the time I started a tab, ordered three singles and walked away with a $60 bill and them refusing to give me an itemized receipt. Love the music, despise the bartending staff and their lack of proper receipts for drinks.

I have been to this place many times over the last couple years, but unfortunately wont be coming back. I came in after a Braves game and was charged $16 for a Miller lite. I didnt notice the overcharge until I got the notification from my bank because it was so dark in the bar. I went back up and asked another bartender how much a beer was, and was told it was $7. I showed him the charge from my phone and he said, yeah thats not right. Then told me he was nothing he could do about it. So I went back to the bartender who served me and asked him to help me, and he completely blew me off. No apology, no offer to help, nothing. So I spoke to the manager behind the bar and asked for a name and a number of someone who I could contact the next day and was told, look it up online. The complete disregard for customer service and blatant and overcharging was honestly disrespectful. Ive recommended multiple people to check this place out and have had nothing but good experiences here until now. There are 20 other options in the Battery, so theres no chance Ill waste my time or money here again.
