We certainly do our best to try and clear up any issues in person or over the phone. We have done both of those quickly and to the best of our abilities. I am sharing the following as you don’t seem interested in changing the content of your review after speaking once more over the phone:Your fixture was fully re-wired and tested here prior to pick-up and was completed within the lead time we were estimating at the time it was dropped off. We are sorry if that was longer than you would have liked. The “unusable” condition you mentioned in fact was just that the new lead and ground wires were neatly bundled on the fixture instead of being run through the chain which is standard practice in the lighting industry. Some people prefer to run the wire through every link of chain, every other link, or even every third link. It’s as simple as lacing a pair of shoes.We responded to your voicemail promptly and respectfully. When you brought the fixture by the next available business day, we explained the misunderstanding but were happy to have our tech run the wire through the chain for you. You were in and out of our store in just a few minutes.Finally, I fully respect the “do-it-yourself” mentality and try to embrace it as often as possible. In this instance, if you had an electrician come to install this, I am certain they would have been in and out of your house quickly and without issue. To say it was “unusable” is an inaccurate, unfair, and damaging description.
