Online intake doesnt work and number doesnt work. After reading these reviews though, I thank the heavens above because that was nothing but the Lord sparing me from them. Reviews are everything and everyone is saying this place lacks human decency, empathy, patience, kindness, timeliness of service, etc; in fact they all have their jobs because the people donate to them well what a slap in the face to be so rude and nasty towards individuals who are seeking your help that you get paid for. Shame on you. I dodge a bullet praise dance

So incredibly rude, I called for an initial consult I needed general information and a consultation on what to do on an old child support case. The woman put me on hold only to transfer me to a voicemail. I was clearly seeking advisement and wasnt 100 percent clear on the information given to me. But before I could let off, can you help me out she cut the call and sent me to voicemail.
