They are bullshittin with my money. It is going on almost 3 years. I feel forgotten about and I have no idea why. They have been ignoring me and not returning phone calls or emails. I have been plenty patient, 2 and a half years patient. Someone told me about them and I wish I knew better I probably would have chose better. I would NOT recommend them to nobody I know. If someone knows what I should do, besides something drastic, please let me know.

This have been one of the most unprofessional experiences I ever had with any insurance company. These guys have change my attorney Twice out of nowhere in the last past 8 to 9 months. Only one attorney talk to me about the numbers , They only called us to ask us are we willing to settle for the small amount of money they we’re offering. Attorney Ian Perez have very poor Communication skills and a tendency to keep lying about the dates he will receive the settlement checks , First he tell me it will be 3 to 5 business days. Now it has been six days and I still haven’t received a check. This have been just pure pain and suffering and a waste of my time and a waste of the car I lost in the process

They have had my case. Close to 3 years . My case has been settled NO MONEY! I was told it got lost 😡. My daughter is in her last year of college I need my money! Do not hire these people. Now when I call they do not answer the phone.
