        2 years later, still have the same unresolved issue with the IRS, and $5k to this attorney. I should have used this money to pay some of my debt with the IRS. I am now fighting the IRS on my own. If you have stacks of money on top of stacks, I'm sure he can resolve your issue. Nice guy, but not for folks with limited funds. Good luck to you all!!! RESPONSE TO JEFF COHEN: The review obviously is not bogus as by your own admission, you did represent me. This is my opinion, and I am entitled to express it. And for the record. I never refused to meet with the revenue officer. We both waited on the scheduled call for the Revenue Officer on multiple occasions, it was the Revenue Officer that failed to appear. And what ever happened to attorney-client confidentiality? Although we never met with the Revenue Officer, my money still ran out.

      This is unfortunately a bogus review, and should be removed by you. All of the problems you have experienced with the IRS, both before and after you retained this firm, were due to your failure to pay tax and the failure of the IRS to respond to our appeal and other submissions. Please remember that you terminated my services two years ago due to lack of funds, so anything that occurred after that time is unknown to me and beyond my control. Also remember that you refused to fill out the required IRS financial statement, then you changed directions and tried to refinance your property, then you refused to meet with the IRS officer, then that same Revenue Officer failed to return at least five of my calls to him, and then you changed directions again and decided to submit an Offer in Compromise. I told you then that this would be inadvisable for the reason that you had filed an amended tax return that the IRS was delayed in processing. Finally, you terminated my services when you told me that your business was declining. Even though I very much wanted to help you, at that point you told me you would handle it on your own. Because we did everything possible on your case, in a timely manner, I respectfully request that you withdraw this review.
