The manager here banned me from this laundromat over a simple misunderstanding with another customer. I accidently left my detergent at home and asked a young lady if I could borrow some of her detergent. I explained to her I left minr at home. A gentleman left his bottle of detergent which I didn't see before and thought it was hers since I thought she set it down. I asked if it was hers and she said no while she was handing me one of her detergent pods. I put the detergent back on the table that was the gentleman's and use her pod instead. Her and I got into a disagreement over this and as a result the manager on duty observing the situation stated "after this wash you will not be allowed back you will need to take your laundry and dry it somewhere else". I believe this response is unreasonable for this kind situation and it did not create a welcoming environment. I've never experienced such a weird situation at a laundromat. I believe it was inappropriate for the manager to side for the other customer without listening to my side of the story.
