Speed Queen Laundry

One of the dryers melted my bra, a tshirt and my favorite soft robe. I always put the dryer on high but never had my clothes charred and melted. The young lady called the owner/manager who said it was my fault. I then saw her place an out of order sign on that dryer. Any small compensation on my laundry card would have been appreciated for my damaged items. But cool, keep that $20 I spent today and I will take my $700- $1000 laundry budget elsewhere.

I spent $30 on detergent and $45 on machines. The machines only give you water if you use the warm setting, even then it's not enough water to thoroughly wash your clothes. You also can't use the rest room if the female manager is on duty. She always says it's locked and they don't have a key. Your paying patrons may want to wash their hands or relieve themselves... would give zero stars if it were an option. I was there when 2 customers wanted to fight the Mgr because of her poor attitude she stays, having.

This place is so ghetto. It's 421am and I'm the only person in here drying clothes the guy who works here is drunk and arguing with me bc I'm drying my clothes not washing. He got in my face his name is Tony Tony also told me he's been here and he ain't going no were I can talk to his manager. So since me talking to his supervisor ain't nothing I'll leave this review so everyone knows not to wash while Tony here 1 star. I wish they would just refund my money off these 3 cards I won't ever come back here
