I'm very happy with my experience at Thomas Eye Group. I want to send a shout out to optician Demetrics Glenn for making sure my prescription was perfect and going above and beyond on multiple occasions.

Good doctors but awful front desk staff. They have repeatedly messed up my contact lens orders in the past and are always rude when relaying the information. Their systems may be a little outdated too which I feel is the major issue but again, that is no excuse to be rude to patients especially considering they are not the ones at fault.

Ivanna, Brianna, Nate and Dr. Arnhart made this an incredible experience! The staff could note have been nicer and their efficiency and knowledge put me at ease. I loved my appointment and already cant wait for the next one.

Wow. Where do I start!? I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years now. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I had with this Thomas Eye Group location in midtown. The office is beautiful! Front desk and medical staff has so much charisma. It really felt like I was a kid having fun going to the doctors office again. Once I wrapped up my great appointment with Dr. Yang , I purchased glasses from Demetrics. This guy is truly a gem. His suggestions and ability to listen to others is extraordinary to say the least. I cant believe Ive purchased glasses for 20 years and never understood the process so easy. I really appreciate that effort he took for me. Overall love this place , and my family will be shifting here as well. Thanks
