Quest Diagnostics

The folks here are so kind and patient with me every time I get labs done, and they're super quick too when I come with an appointment time.

Went in for a fasting blood test this morning. My doctor from NYC sent me a blood work prescription by email. They would not provide the service without a printout. So the tech gave me her email and I sent it to her as an attachment. Well , apparently she didnt know how to print out an attachment out. I asked her to right click with her mouse and it would give her a print option. She refused to do that. Seriously?? Someone has come in on a fasting appt., at least TRY to see if it works. So anyway, walked out without bloodwork. So grossly incapable. Had to leave without my blood work being done. Very frustrating.

Having tried both Midtown and College Park Quest locations, I'd hoped just maybe my experience here in Dunwoody was better. Ha! The ONLY possible way Quest is a viable "business" is they have a monopoly on any type of diagnostic testing. If ppl could choose anywhere else, they most certainly would. I've been here for 1hr in the waiting room. They called 2 ppl since I've been here. Urine screens take at most 5 minutes start to completion. Blood work 10mins, 15 at the very most. Every single time, no matter what time of the day I go, the wait is horrendous. It's clearly not one location, this is just Quest. If you have the bad fortune of having an appt at Quest, go ahead and request the rest of the day off from work.
