We purchased a set of All Clad Pots and Pans and were told it had a Lifetime Warranty. That sounded really good at the time. 2 years later my 12 inch Non Stick Fry Pan which we use every day had turned "Sticky" and was not releasing the food any longer. I sent pictures in and filed for a Warranty Replacement with All Clad. I just received an email stating that I Overheated the Fry Pan and voided the Warranty. How do you Void a Lifetime Warranty? By using the Pan too often I suppose. So if you purchase this item as I did please be Careful not to use it too much because you will Void The Lifetime Warranty.
