        Attempted to purchase a La Cornue range from this company. I waited on multiple phone calls that I never received in attempt to get information regarding the range. Had to chase sales person down for a weekwas promised return phone calls which werent received, had to leave messages with front desk (mailbox was full for sales associate). Finally reached the owner, Matthew, who was very rude and honestly I was so taken aback by this, I ended up having to tell him that because of his unprofessionalism and his curt responses, I would be purchasing the range elsewhere. Sometimes people forget to be humble and helpful once theyve become successful. I hope going forward, Matthew realizes its hard to train staff accordingly when he sets the bar low.
