The Caribbean smoothie was OK, and the customers were OK, but know, you cannot get a refund, per the staff, and there will be a wait great than 10-minutes. Also, they give discounts to those serving the community POLICE!

The smoothies are delicious but the efficiency of this place is horrible. I placed a mobile order and only received half by the time my pickup was due to be ready, then waited 30 min for the other smoothie. If its busy I dont think they should allow mobile orders- it seems like they dont have priority over in store customers so all that happens is you get a bunch of people standing around with no smoothies

The manager Tiwana is RUUUUUUUDE! A few weeks ago the CEOs were being trained by her and she was nice nasty just putting on a fake customer service attitude. I went in today and her attitude was even more worse. She transfer messages through her coworker the curly head boy (hes sweet but needs more register training) & have him speak to the customers instead of her. She is nasty, rude, snappy and insecure! Sad! Im never going back there
