I came by at 4:30 PM on a Tuesday and the drive through was closed, sign on the door suggested they were open but they really werent.

This smoothie king is Always closed. They make up their own hours of operation. Alot of the employees dont wear mask even though it's a mask mandate right now.

I absolutely hate coming to this Smoothie king. The lady is rude ratchet and disrespectful. This morning we came and the lady was obnoxious and the same as stated above. Yelled at us and then proceeded to tell us DONT DO THAT DONT YELL AT ME literally out of nowhere. We never raised our voice once. In addition she has a horrible issue with not hearing what is being said. WE CLOSE IN 15minutes Im trying to get home to my family are you ordering a smoothie or what We asked the lady to hold one moment so we can choose and she said ok but didnt hold at all. This morning and this evening their was a heavy wait time which we are use to but what we are not use to is the horrible customer experience/ service. The only lady working today on drive through. No name because there was no name tag on her shirt. On the receipt it stated Deonne S. But I believe that was the gentleman working (Im not sure.) I understand the lack of employees and if this store can not handle the volume maybe it should temporarily close until staff is available.
