Apparently their policy is to take your items to fix and not give you any type of receipt and then they tell you they cant find it! Really??? I hope they have high insurance limits!l!! This will not go away or go down quietly! after reading all reviews this place has nosedived at an astronomical rate! Heed the warnings! STAY AWAY..RUN LIKE THE WIND!!!!!

I brought a vintage (1957) Omega watch with a one-of-kind beautiful solid 18kt gold wristband into Camelot Jewelers for modification. I had inherited the watch from my father who passed away in January. My father wore it every day of his life since purchasing it in Spain and it was quintessentially my Dad. I never knew him to not wear it, so it is especially dear to me. The Camelot jeweler designed, made and installed an 18kt extention for the band that looks every bit an OEM band part. One cannot tell if it is orginal to the watch or newly made. It is PERFECT in every way. The charge was EXTREMELY reasonableI felt a little guilty paying what I paid for it. I highly recommend Camelot for both their work, compassion, and offerings at the store. Exceptional value for what you pay. Thank you, Camelot!

Brought in a silver Tiffany style chain bracelet to be polished and engraved for my daughters graduation. It had been sitting in a jewelry box for 20 years! Did a great job restoring it and engraving all for only $35!!!! Great experience.
