        Dr Gregg Koval has been a great medical expert and health coach for me the past year. Under his care and guidance I have greatly notice me health - reducing my BMI from 29 down to 24, losing 30+ lbs over the past 7-8 months, reduced by BP from a level of 160/110 to now at an easy 120/80 level, and reduced my total cholesterol from 260 points to now 140 points with a significant drop in my LDL levels! I have set up a cadence of working out 4-5 times each week in the gym with weights, and also I am running/walking on average 8 miles per day. Feeling great physically and mentally! Joy is always easy to contact and helping with scheduling appointments and renewing scripts. Dr. Koval has worked with my family for around 20 years .. we feel he is part of the family.
