        I had a very helpful gentleman JaRon Verdree. My phone needed to be converted and he helped me through the entire process. I needed to call him 3 times and he was wonderful and got me through it. I thank you JaRon.

        I would give zero if the option is there. We wanted close the internet connection as we are traveling out of the country and clearly told them to keep the internet connection for few more days and it was confirmed by them and we were told that we will get charged for that period. As soon as we enter home, there is no internet connectivity. We could not come back, as it was already passed the store closing time. People work there do it on purpose or lack of knowledge about what needs to be done. Worst experience with this store.

        This is how they bury cables. Left unburied after claiming they came back to fix. This is how they get broken and outages occur. Plenty of broken pylons and exposed wires throughout our entire neighborhood.
