        ( No Stars)They disconnected my service in Feb for a payment they claim to have not received for the month of September but my thing is why was nothing done in October,Nov,Dec,Jan for the alleged past due bill. Apparently only the reps work there you can never get anyone from management. Disgusting service, if I had a choice Id choose better.

        Direct path is the worst! The only reason we use them is because they are the only provider in my building. I will be at the board meeting this month to have a vote on changing providers for my building. We have not had internet for days! And good luck calling customer service. They barely speak English. DO NOT USE DIRECT PATH!!!!
