    Very nice place, ladies are really sweet and knowledgeable about their products and services. Their line of upholstered furniture is top quality and come beautifully upholstered in your custom choices of style, fabrics and trims. Worth the trip to Buckhead!

    Jane was awesome...I spent several hours in the store while she patiently discussed curtain rod options, fabrics and furniture placement, and she even showed me a simple sewing "hack" for making temporary curtain panels. All of this advice was free, and their product pricing seems on par with other quality drapery hardware stores. We haven't placed an order yet but I would definitely recommend this store for the helpful information and personalized service.

    For several weeks I was communicating with LAURA. I am disabled so I was interested in their in home services. Today she calls me. She calls me another name and lets me know shes too swamped to come to my home. In fact, the whole store is swamped. My impression is that Calico Corners, who offers in home visits, is too busy with business. I used them in the past and so did my mother and other family members. LAURA you come across as way too self indulgent. Warning to all who consider Calico Corners: they are too busy to help you! I contacted their corporate headquarters as well. Services: Refurbishment, Custom upholstery

    VERY NICE UNTIL THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD! So, I had the same experience with Laura as other reviewers - self indulgent is a great adjective. She was nice enough until my credit card was charged and then she was no where to be found (nor was my wallpaper). Laura promised me that my wallpaper would arrive in 2 days once ordered (I am sure on the time frame because we had a long discussion regarding setting up my wallpaper hanger and my material for my chairs did arrive in 2 days). Not what happened. I ordered on the 26th of August but the order did not go into the system until the 30th??? At which time, it was determined that they did not have the quantity needed in stock and that it was discontinued. THE STORE WAS NOTIFIED ON THE 30th. Two weeks went by and it occurred to me that I had no wallpaper (two weeks after placing my order on the 26th). I sent Laura an email and TWO DAYS LATER I received a phone call telling me the bad news - not enough/discontinued. Oh, and I would NOT be allowed to return the fabric I bought that was dependent on the wallpaper that was no longer available. Several other mistakes occurred: 1.Laura promised to find the needed 2 rolls, in fact we both looked on Amazon, while on the phone, to see if it was available there. Laura promised to look around and get back to me. 2.In the meantime, I asked that my other wallpaper be shipped to me and I am sure on this because I asked about being charged double for shipping (at this time, I still thought that Laura would help by offering some actual customer service and get me the needed additional 2 rolls). Second set of wallpaper never showed up and no one knew where it was. 3.After another week, I called back and spoke with Laura. NO she had not looked around as promised, NO she had not shipped the other wallpaper, and NO I still could not return the fabric. The manager, Cindy, was VERY busy but would try to call me back and discuss returning everything. To her credit, Cindy is "allowing" me to return the useless fabric. However, that is where her assistance ended. Cindy will not own up to the fact that, one, Laura (despite knowing on the 30th that the wallpaper was not available in the needed quantity) NEVER reached out to me to tell me about the issue with the wallpaper and, two, Laura took TWO days to return MY call (the one I finally made to track down the wallpaper) and give me the bad news. The bottom line is that Laura may be talented at picking fabrics/wallpaper but she is HORRIBLE to customers who want to spend money at her employer's store. I will save her the trouble of having to take my money and go elsewhere. Cindy refused to give me her Regional Supervisor's name (it is Tracy Delomos - I have her phone number if you want it), she also advised that the Corporate Office had moved and changed their 800 number? The one on the website did not match the one Cindy gave me but still works just fine. They were happy to give me Tracy Delomos' name and phone number. Currently, I am waiting on the very busy Regional Supervisor to call me back.... Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. You will actually get your fabric/wallpaper. Service: Interior decorating
