My insurance company closed at 6pm and I needed to pay my bill.I needed affordable coverage for two vehicles & Daniel was able to assist me.His customer service was exactly what I needed in that moment of distress.He was helpful and got both vehicles covered.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This company has the WORST customer service there is. They talk over you and don't let you talk. They talk with the most nastiest hostile attitude there is. I will NEVER EVER refer people to this company again. They are also a SCAM, they tell you they will give you a referral fee when you refer people to them, my assistant referred a customer 2 months ago and he still haven't received his referral fee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

As A Business Owner, It Very Important To Have Good Communication With Your Customers... Not Only Does Way Insurance Have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, It Is Apparent That They Only See Your Value, Before They Make A Sell. They Lack Healthy Communication, And Have A Very High Turnover. They make it extremely hard for a person to pay their insurance, as most of their affiliated insurances require that you go through WAY to pay your bill, yet WAY RARELY return phone calls. The phone representatives frequently disconnect your call, I am assuming they do not want to work. WAY needs to go BACK to the drawing board!!!
