        Sent me to collections for a quote. Used his insurance for 2 homes and 3 vehicles. I closed on a 3rd house and all I asked for was a quote. They charged me for it and sent me to collections. The closing date and documents does not specify this insurance company and they didnt care. Never again.

        On of the worst insurance experiences. Your customer service is terrible. I feel totally disregarded and disrespected. I believe that you feel that my job is to pay your agency in return for terrible service. Several messages I have left to receive a call back Paul Rue have been unanswered. I realize that it is my fault for allowing you to think this type of service is acceptable. It leaves me believing that my business does not matter to your agency.
