Mrs Arlisher Jones is very rude and unprofessional. She constantly over talks you will not allow you to finish your sentence. I call on behalf of my father and try to elaborate to her he does not comprehend very well. When I offered to include him on the phone call. She then proceeded say it wouldn't do any good. So at this point what do you expect me to, Mrs Jones clearly had no intentions of helping. Take your business elsewhere and you will not have to deal with the angry black women attitude.

Great experience with Arlisher. I got a new policy with her and transferred 2 existing policies over to Allstate. She worked quickly and efficiently.
