***Updated Review***
As of 2023 I am still with Farmers and the customer service is still amazing. I love that they have options to text or chat with the reps at the office as phone calls are not always convenient for me. Today I worked with Shawnta Smith and she provided amazing customer server while helping me get things taken care of on my account. I highly recommended working with this office for your home and auto insurance needs give them a call and speak with Shawna shes super helpful and can get you taken care of.
So my reps name is Zachary. Let me tell this is hands down the best customer focused customer experience Ive had dealing with an insurance agent. Zack has great energy and very professional approach. Hes easy to talk to and explains everything while answering any questions you have. This is A-1 service and look forward to working with him and glad hes my agent. When your spending your hard earned money you want to be treated with respect given great customer service and end the call knowing everything you needed was well taken care and addressed. If your contacting this office ask for Zack.
