What a nightmare! My car was hit in the middle of the night, police came immediately out, made report! The man that hit my car had this sad jokes insurance and I’ve been waiting now a year for them to take care of my car! Their number goes straight to voicemail and no one ever calls back! This insurance is the kind that gives all insurance a really bad name! Georgians don’t let these people have your money!

I work for a company that provided services for their customer. They owe my company over $3,500 and we have been trying to get payment from them for over 6 months and Greg from their company keeps saying he’s waiting on the check. Don’t think we will ever get paid from them. Terrible business.

WE HAVE BEEN WAITING TWO MONTHS FOR THEIR APPRAISER TO PAY US FOR DAMAGE THAT ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS DID TO ONE OF OUR VEHICLES. I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH SLOW CLAIM PROCESS, THEY TOLD ME THE OWNER DOESN'T WANT TO PAY THE CLAIM. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER. SMALL AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!! WILL UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO GO THE LEGAL WAY TO GET PAID FOR THE CLAIM.
