We have had great service with you and Rusty before you for 30 years. This is one thing we do not have to worry about. You always look out for changes that may affect us and get it fixed/changed before it beomes an issue. Thank you!

We are moving to Georgia and were looking for a new Insurance Agency. We were referred to Siegel Insurance and have started working with them. We have been totally impressed by their friendliness, their thoroughness and the ease of working with them. We can recommend them without hesitation.

My car and homeowners policies are up for renewal in a few weeks so I contacted Siegel Insurance to get a quote. Anya asked me to submit my current declarations page and upon review tried to get me to add uninsured motorist coverage, which I did not wish. I asked the owner Andy Siegel to give me a call and he instead sent me a generic e-mail explaining the benefits of uninsured motorist coverage. When I reiterated that I was not interested in that type of coverage and that the industry was heavily advertising about the option to customize coverage to your specific needs, he answered the following: I'm happy for you to shop elsewhere as our agency will not be selling a policy without uninsured motorist coverage. I will take his recommendation to heart and I encourage you to do the same unless you want to waste your time and be treated that way.

Ive contacted the agency to get an auto insurance proposal, and been informed that unless Im shopping for homeowners insurance as well, plus submitting a copy of all current declaration pages (showing coverage and premiums) for all policies Home, other rentals, auto, valuables, umbrella and toys (additional homes, motorcycles, boats, jet skis etc.) they cannot provide a quote. Definitely more work than expected to get an auto insurance quote.
