Fred does not know how to do business!! He gave me the highest quote he could have and charged me 700$$$. Even after asking him why it was so much. I checked back online and I only had to pay 90.. I still to this day have not got a refund and its been a month. I cant stand scammers

A bunch of money hungry scammers. I will never get Allstate again. Fred gave me insurance that was 300 a month with a down payment of 700. I redid the quote online and it showed 90 with no down payment i cancelled the same day. Its been a month and still no refund. They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone. They will take your money from you if they can. Beware

Although I think the rates are too high on car insurance in Georgia, I must say Allstate is bar none the most professional, knowledgeable, hassle free insurance I have ever dealt with, I'm going to keep it real. What makes this company outstanding is its representatives, and the prompt manner in which your claim is handled, you never feel like you have to chase them down, from the moment you call, you are put right at ease.
In fact if it was not for such great reps, and the level of service you receive, I would have gone somewhere else. Allstate Insurance, makes me feel like a valued client. I am 100% satisfied and confident being a part of the Allstate family.

No one answers the phone. The employee of Fred, by the name of Brian is terrible at communication and customer service. I was given a rate increase of a specific amount to add a vehicle, however, when the bill came it was 4x that amount. Called back Freds office just to get the same employee who stated he could not see what the changes were. He could not remember the conversation though it was days before. He stated he had zero control over pricing. Completely unethical. I was transferred to Fred and got voicemail, I called his cell voicemail, texted no response, emailed no response. Then every time I called back the agencies main line no one answered and their voicemail was always full. Changing agencies to say the least, specifically because of Freds employee Brian and the lack of responsiveness from their office.
