        Malena was extremely helpful from a customer service perspective. The follow ups and same day quote was sincerely appreciated and very timely. Harrison was exceptionally professional in explaining each stage of the process and answering my how and why questions associated with the repair. I still occasionally look at the popcorn ceiling in gratefulness for the completed work! I also must be mindful to give a special thank you to Sam Rothrock in the Kennessaw office who shortly afterwards contacted me to ensure the repair was completed by The Patch Boys in my service area.
