I absolutely love this Menchies. I have had nothing but good experiences in the times I have gone here, and the teenagers that work the counter are always so kind, considerate, and helpful. Despite what many other reviews say about orderliness and overall cleanliness, I have only seen the store in good condition, with clean yogurt dispensers, and wiped-down counters. I would highly recommend this Menchies to anyone who asked, and I will be going back for more soon.

Like many reviews had pointed out, the cleanliness seem to still be an area that needs attention and improvements. Not sure if the store owner or cooperate is paying attention or they just don't care. The teenager/high school age girl that worked there were eating publicly, that did not seem very professional. Many toppings were almost out but were not replenished. They charge $0.65 per oz. The cup we had $9.70. Hope they make improvements.

Probably one of the worst self serve frozen yogurt places that Ive ever been to. The place was dull and all of the flavors taste funny. They kind of taste old and just off putting. Some of them werent even frozen all the way. They come out super runny. Definitely not worth the price at all.
