Absolutely phenomenal service! We really appreciated Rohans attention to detail, detailed and transparent assessment, honest feedback and effort to provide best advice. He went above and beyond in diagnosing our heating issues, was thorough, took photos, and explained everything. Reasonable prices too!! Its a wonderful thing to find a company you know you can trust. We will be using HVAC Guyz for all of our HVAC needs going forward.

Rohan did his best working with my home warranty even though it was a frustrating process. He was professional and helpful and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a good and honest HVAC specialist. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance

They charged my wife 195$ per lb of 410A; total charge was more than 680$ for 3.5 lbs which is absurd. they really took advantage of the fact she didnt know any better and that I wasnt home to challenge them on the price.

Unfortunately if it was you it would have been no diffrent because our prices are consistent & we never perform any work without client consent & discussing the work & the process. We went above & beyond to service your systems over a year ago & just because you may have found somone cheaper or another person told you otherwise, does not mean you were taken advantage of in any way. As a courtesy to you we would love to offer you a pound of refrigerant (material only) free of cost. A one star review certainly hurts us but not warranted solely on pricing. We apologize as we value our clients opinions.
