Great service for my start up company! I was able to get great rates on my benefits as well as my workers compensation! The turn around time was roughly four weeks! I worked with Amber who provided excellent customer service as well as her implementation team! I highly recommended this company!!

0/5 do not trust this company. Zero accountability, zero customer service, zero value added. Paid for health insurance which I cannot use and claims are getting denied. Blue cross needed to verify information for my policy and their requests were ignored by this company. Then when I get an email response to a voicemail, they tell me to deal with it myself and call blue cross myself. One problem my employer needed to verify my information, however blue cross cannot take my word directly. Still no help from this company. Once your setup, they just hide behind their voicemail/email and make it impossible to do anything about it.
