        I hired Atlanta Green Maids to deep clean my apartment (1000 sq ft and 2 bedrooms) 2 days before my wedding. I paid extra for the baseboards to be cleaned as well. The maid was here 3 hours and when she stated she was done she had not even touched the 2nd bedroom, on top of that she had not cleaned any of the outside of the kitchen appliances, she didn't clean the microwave, she also used my person hand towel to clean the bathroom and it smelled like chemicals and complained about me having dogs who shed. This was my first and only experience as I will not be a repeat customer since I had to spend the rest of my evening recleaning everything before our family comes into town before my wedding.

It's clear that the service you received fell far short of your expectations, especially considering the timing just before your wedding. As a small business owner, I understand the importance of delivering exceptional service, particularly during significant moments like yours. That being said, I believe we offered to stop by the following day to resolve any outstanding issues or to provide you with a complimentary cleaning at a date and time of your choosing. However, both of those offers were declined. That offer still stands should you change your mind. Again my apologies.
