Don't know how their service is, they never contacted me back when their website says to send your info and someone will contact you.

I hired them for their deep cleaning service to clean my home when it was brand new. I dont believe in micro management, so I assumed they will do their job. There were many areas which still had dust and webs on them. They were cleaning while I had another guy changing locks, so we had some mess inside the door and some outside the door. They cleaned the mess which was inside the door, but left everything outside the door. They didnt clean fireplace area which was visibly dusty. Theyre good at only pockets DEEP CLEANING. They dont sweep porches. $300 cleaning for only 2 hours of cleaning? Not even well versed professionals charge that much. If youre hiring them, do some negotiation and micromanage them very well. I used Crystal Cleaning Service when my condo needed a professional cleaning before selling. I coordinated with Nicholas who was both responsive and kind. I had a last-minute update to the sale of my home, and he accommodated my needs perfectly. My condo building can be really confusing related to parking, key release, etc. He passed along thorough notes to the staff who let themselves in and out with zero headache to me. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Arrived on time and did a nice job with a deep cleaning of our house. Two ladies who did the cleaning who were kind, professional, and worked hard. Cheaper than other quotes I received for a deep cleaning.

Crystal Cleaning have been cleaning my apartment about once a month for the past year. They do an incredible job and they are very thorough. My wood floors are positively gleaming. As others have mentioned, their rates are very competitive. They do not clean inside the fridge or oven unless you specify and then there is usually an extra charge because of the extra time it takes. Keep in mind they provide their own cleaning supplies unless you provide your own. So that is a cost to them in addition to their time. If you consider this, her rates are extremely competitive. I forgot to mention that after the first time cleaning, they found an earring that I lost over 2 years ago. I had searched and searched for it and she found it right near where I had searched. So when I say they are thorough, they are ! It was so great to see that earring again as it had a lot of value and its one of my favorites. Great service and value !!!
