        Booked through Sam's prepaid Westin ask for card to put on file they charged $1000.00 on removed $400 charged my card $600 now having difficulty getting charges removed. Gave us a room bathrobes had hair on them from previous guests refrigerator didn't work, I would not ever go back and do not recommend it for anyone to go there

        While I do agree that the hotel could use renovations to some degree, I still do not understand the negative reviews. I'm a Titanium Elite member and have always enjoyed my stays here. The staff is phenomenal and extremely accommodating. They have lately begun some nice touches such as providing bottles of water, cookies, snacks and other goodies at check-in and a lot of their amenities have fully resumed (the only one I want to see come back is the Sun Dial Lounge on 73). It's always a great stay.

        Over 400.00 for one night and less then 24 hours is crazyness, not to mention the 100.00 dollar breakfest. The views a was amazing though, was on the 63 floor
