They just need to improve the breakfast options and remove the disposable cutlery and put in reusable metal ones.

The hotel is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Located right beside the Aquarium and anything you could want to see or do in Downtown. Breakfast was great every morning. The staff are very friendly and helpful
Ms. Ruby and Maya were terrific. Maya made my 10 year old son feel special. He even convinced her to try a Klondike bar for the first time. I cant say enough good things about the hotel and staff!!! Thank you for a great weekend !!! You made it home away from home!!!

Amber took excellent care of me tonight . I travel a lot for work so im always in hotels and Her customer service was truly unmatched . Incredibly grateful for her wonderful personality
