VALET damaged my vehicle and the entire staff did nothing from the Fd manager Shay and the highly unprofessional general manager David lawrence, I would not recommend this place to a dead dog!!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNTRUSTWORTHY STAFF FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER DAVID LAWRENCE AND THE FD MANAGER SHAY!!! THE VALET STEALS OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE AND THE OVERNIGHT AUDITOR ALLOWS IT. ZERO STARS!!! VALET DAMAGED MY BENZ TRUCK!!!! IF SOMEONE OTHER THAN CROOKED GENERAL MANAGER DAVID PLEASE REACH OUT THANKS!!!

Extra large rooms, abnormal hotel amenities. My room had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Great gym. This place is nice but due for an update. Soft goods and fixtures showing their wear.

I've never given a negative review, but I would give this hotel a NEGATIVE star if I could. *Avoid Twelve Midtown AT All COSTS* My fianc and I were forcibly evicted from the Twelve Midtown hotel by security and police after being falsely accused of smoking when we were PHYSICALLY outside the hotel, despite providing evidence of our innocence. The staff were rude, unreasonable, and disregarded all proof we offered. They also refused to check their security camera footage, which would show that we were not in the building. We were kicked out at almost midnight with no recourse after being mistreated and humiliated publicly. To make matters worse, we were charged over $500 in bogus fees without a bill after being unlawfully removed from the property based on the staff's unsubstantiated accusations. Numerous other reviews reveal this is a pattern of abusive conduct by the management. I have been a loyal Marriott customer for years, but the complete lack of professionalism, communication of policies, and disregard for facts exhibited by the Twelve Midtown staff has severely damaged my view of the brand. Marriott needs to seriously reevaluate the leadership and employee training at this location. I am filing a formal complaint with the corporate, asking for a thorough investigation and a formal explanation, as this was THE WORST and MOST TRAUMATIC hotel experiences imaginable.
