Tiffany was great. She was very professional and helpful. The guy with the long blonde dreads, I didnt catch his name but it he was taller, shouldnt be employed by your company. Miserably unprofessional. He was horse playing with the valet people while checking us in. He talked patrons out of buying from the snack menu and told them to go up the street. I dont think he could have been more unprofessional if he tried. If you want to raise the value in your company start by firing him and replacing him with anybody that Tiffany recommends. Ill never stay here again, unless Tiffany is running the show.

Hotel is close to many downtown Atlanta attractions, but it is very difficult to get to them due to road closures and construction. Valet only parking which costs $40 extra was inconvenient and took over 20 minutes to get my car after it was not found in their system. Ended up paying double to park in the pay lot across the street just to have access to my vehicle. Rooms were small and awkward with no separation between the bedroom and kitchen area, but clean and had a decent sized bathroom. Unfortunately, our room was very loud and we heard banging and bumping from either above or below us until well after midnight. I stayed in this hotel because I had a late night leading into an early morning and wanted to maximize my sleep. This hotel did not allow me to do that. It might be right for someone else, but it was not right for me and my needs at the time.

I dont have any operational or staff complaint. This hotel delivered my bag to another guest and did not check ticket numbers to make sure its real owner. They neither contacted me to apologize or offering a feedback related what happened. I hope this comment paid their attention in order to this hotel take responsibility for this issue. Thanks.
