I had the worst experience in the postpartum recovery. Im begging the staff to discharge me as soon as possible for my mental and physical health. Im exhausted, stressed, depressed and I just want to go home to rest and recovery from this nightmare. Its impossible to rest when people are IN and OUT of my room all the time even the AM. I had to request for a do not disturb break to catch up with my sleep one of the days. But I had a hell of night! Jan 10th, 2024 (my last night at the hospital) between caring for my baby and the staff coming in at random times waking up my baby and I have been hell! And I made sure to tell to come at least at 6 am, but they disregard my request. I had people coming at my room at 3:30am to get my blood, 5am to take my baby for a jaundice test, and 6:30am to give me my prescription (my own pills) which I told them many times I take them around 9am. Then 7am for the shift change, on and on.. and the food! Ufff thats another topic its exhausting!

RACIST nurses..Please dont go to Northside hospital and the quality has been dropped off so much and it becomes more of a monopoly now where they dont care about quality since they know that people anyway come here and dont have much options.. the postpartum experience was a hell, the nurse there are so racist and they just dont like Indians there, there is a different level of treatment for Indians.. one of the worst experience was when a nurse called and told that pack your bags and leave now and when we told them that its not even been less than 24 hours since delivery she told us that dont lie that its been more than 48 hours.. after 10 minutes of going back and forth, she told that ok I called the wrong room number and didnt even say a sorry.. they told that we cant keep babies in nursery if they are breast feeding, you are the parent and look after your child when we went through a difficult labor for almost 24 hours and me and my husband literally did not sleep for 24 hours.. I cant even talk about food, literally they dont care about you and always looking to kick you out as son as possible.. please start raising your voice and look for other places where they treat you way better..
