Due Diligence

Due diligence did the inspection report to the just constructed house of our dreams and did an excellent job, the inspection was thorough and very detailed, the report is clear, easy to understand and detailed with pics at the same time. Definitely worth it !

Russell was very professional, knowledgeable and just very good at his job. I was very impressed with his work ethic. I used Russell several times and recommended him to friends. He helped saved them and myself money and a huge headache. I am a home investor and his report helped me make life changing decisions. I recently used Russell for a $650,000 personal home in Avondale estates. He was there for the entire day and went over every corner of the house. He noticed so much more then I ever could have pointed out myself. I am around construction a lot but was very empress with Russell knowledge of construction structure and current codes. My rentals are all south of atlanta, however Russell treated every home I used him own the same. Big or small, he did the same detail work. Believe me when I say that you will be satisfied with this home Inspector.

I have used Due Diligence at for the past 12 years. He's done my home inspection for my last 3 or 4 houses. Russell is very thorough and detail which is why I keep using him.

Russell of Due Diligence is superb! He is so professional and knowledgeable that he knows more than the builders!! Not only is he totally prepared on his arrival including building code books, manuals, diagrams and any other info that a real Pro - like Russell - should have with them. He actually knew all of this info by heart, but he pulled them out while we were going through the inspection to help show and explain the issues to a regular person like me. He was patient and so thorough that I was able to make a fully informed decision and terminate the contract the next day. His report was all encompassing with a summary, recommendations, color photos with arrows pointing out the issue at hand and the materials and codes needed to do what needed to be done THE RIGHT WAY!! Needless to say, his very reasonable fee saved me literally tens of thousands of dollars and from making a huge mistake. All potential buyers must get a home inspection before their due diligence period is over, and you absolutely could not find a better person than Russell and Due Diligence to do it for you!!!
